Cookie Policy

How PrimesFlow uses cookies and similar technologies on primesflow.io and the PrimesFlow dashboard.

01

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things about your visit so it can work correctly, keep you signed in, or remember your preferences.

Cookies can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by another service embedded in that site (third-party cookies). They can also be temporary, lasting only until you close your browser (session cookies), or they can remain on your device for a set period (persistent cookies).

PrimesFlow uses only a small, focused set of first-party cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.

02

Types of cookies we use

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site and dashboard to function. They enable core features such as page navigation, security tokens, and load balancing. Without these, parts of the Service may not work.
  • Authentication and session cookies — keep you securely signed in to your PrimesFlow workspace. They remember that you have authenticated and help protect your account from unauthorized access.
  • Preference cookies — remember choices you make, such as your timezone, dashboard layout, or theme selection. These make the Service more convenient to use on repeat visits.

Analytics is cookieless

PrimesFlow uses Plausible Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not use persistent identifiers. We do not set analytics cookies ourselves.

03

Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Keep you signed in and maintain your session securely
  • Remember your preferences and dashboard settings
  • Support site reliability, performance, and security
  • Help protect against unauthorized access and fraud

We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling, or selling your data. We also do not share cookie data with data brokers or advertising networks.

04

Third-party services

Some pages and flows on PrimesFlow rely on trusted third-party services that may set their own cookies. These cookies are managed by those providers and operate under their own policies.

  • Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe may set cookies on billing and checkout pages to process payments securely, prevent fraud, and meet compliance requirements.
  • Social sign-in providers — if you choose to sign in through a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub, that provider may set cookies during the authentication flow. Those cookies are controlled by the provider, not by PrimesFlow.

As noted above, Plausible Analytics is cookieless and does not set cookies on your device.

05

How to control or disable cookies

You can view, manage, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. The exact steps depend on the browser you use. Below are links to guidance for common browsers:

Please be aware that blocking or deleting essential or authentication cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the PrimesFlow dashboard.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or best practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email.

Your continued use of primesflow.io or the PrimesFlow dashboard after any changes means you accept the revised policy.
